Groups up to 12 people are welcome in the dining room at Gather. To make a reservation for your group, please call us at 510.809.0400. For groups of 7 or more, we require a credit card to hold your reservations. No-shows will be charged $25 per person. Groups of up to 18 people can arrange prix fixe, family style meals for first or second seatings on Monday through Wednesday by e-mailing .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) at least a week in advance.

We do cater for groups even larger than 18 people in your event space or in the David Brower Center where the restaurant is located. These events are catered through our sister company, Back to Earth Organic Catering, where we maintain the same philosophy of sustainable, delicious food.

Unique private function options in the Brower Center include:
Goldman Theatre – seats 180
Art Gallery – standing up to 250, seated up to 100
Outside Patio – standing up to 100, seated up to 50

Private Event Rooms for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a reception – standing up to 225, seated up to 140
